Who wrote The Caveman Principles?

Carl Jones

Author of the caveman principles

We all need support through the most challenging time.

Carl Jones is the author of the Caveman Principles.

Carl Jones is the author and a professional speaker who brings a unique perspective to his writing. With over 19 years of experience as a frontline police officer, he has covered a lot of ground. After a diagnosis of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) stemming from wearing the uniform, Carl found himself on a journey to understand and overcome the deep-seated effects of chronic stress and trauma.

He wrote “The Caveman Principles” to share the powerful strategies he had discovered, further developed, and applied from his real-life experiences into a practical guide to help others manage stress, avoid burnout, and make lasting personal change.

Everything happens for a reason.

Unsure if the author can be left unsupervised.
