An absolute MUST READ for all men - stressed or not!

Insightful, engaging & humorous. Carl manages to take a difficult subject and present it in a way that anyone can understand & benefit from. As a Well-being & Resilience practitioner with a psychology background, I was delighted to see the depth of research that had gone into the content of the book. It probably does have more appeal for men; I applaud this – there is so much written for the female market & men need engaging in a different way (maybe Carl & I will collaborate on the Cavewoman Principles!). If you have never examined your stress, or the impact of personality types on behaviour YOU MUST READ THIS BOOK. I know a few men who will be getting sent copies imminently.
